The Salinas Firefighters Foundation is an organization made up entirely of dedicated firefighters from the Salinas area, united by a shared mission: to inspire and empower the next generation of public servants and community leaders in the Salinas Valley.

Our foundation was established with a clear vision of making a meaningful impact on the lives of local youth, particularly those who are underprivileged and may lack access to essential resources and opportunities. We believe that by investing in our youth, we can cultivate a future generation that is committed to service, leadership, and community engagement.

One of our primary initiatives is to provide scholarships that enable deserving young individuals to attend regional public safety training academies. These scholarships open doors to careers in firefighting, emergency response, and other vital public service roles, equipping our youth with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
